Girl's Petticoat

I finished it last night.

Asha is going pouffy this Easter.  Look at all this netting!

Pattern from this book, "Girls at a Recital!" ISBN4-579-10990
You can also find it on ebay or etsy.

Diagram and measurements for all the layers.
Hop on over to Alison's blog.  She is making TWO of these for her girls.
I couldn't have done it without her encouragement and step by step sewing tips.

Oh my! That is just beautiful. Like everything you do. You inspire me to be crafty, but I can only do basic things for now. Maybe when the kids get older...? Hope all is well with you guys!

That looks great! Asha is going to love it and I can't wait to see it on her.

I still have one to finish and hope to do so before dinner so I can post my pictures too.

That's awesome! I couldn't really tell how poufy it was until I saw how small the waist was. She'll be a beautiful southern belle. I can't wait to see it under the dress.

Ok, this is truly one of those times where I am jealous. I wish I had the talent to make a petticoat for Nicky. You couldn't buy something that wonderful.
