Alison's scraps become my treasure
Alison sent me a priority mail box packed full of her scrap quilting fabric. She mostly makes clothes, so her scraps are pretty big. I am seeing another Whirlygiggle Quilt using these cute prints. Thank you so much! (Kai took this picture. I am bending down to get close to the fabric so Kai wouldn't chop my head off. He got it after ten tries.).

I can't wait to see what you create with it :)
Kai is getting to look like a big kid, now!!
Have fun with the fabric (you always seem to!)
Treasure? wow - I'm flattered. Those were all from the 21 twirl skirts I made summer 2007. I can't wait to see what you make!
Also I told the kids about the fish egg mayo and they thought it sounded good but not good with noodles. Had I know what was in there I may not have mailed them with the fabric - can you imagine fish egg mayo covered fabric?
Soon I'll blog about all the Book treasures too
Alison,
I just traced the spaghetti strap top from the book. I think I will back the patchwork fabric you gave me from Spain with batiste and make the first one.
You must have had quite the reunion with all the bright and cute twirley skirts. I started ironing the scraps to cut out the quilt. So exciting!
久しぶりにまりえちゃんのお顔拝見~。布に囲まれて幸せそう♪
Cute to see pictures of you and your boys!

子供と一緒にアップの写真は撮っちゃいけないね。奇麗な肌の隣で私のシミが目立つ目立つ。
Looks like you have some fun stuff to make some cute things. Can't see what you come up with!
